Reviving Boxing or Reconstructing?
Constitutional Implications of the H.R. 4624
My research on H.R. 4624 examines proposed reforms to professional boxing through the lenses of federalism, constitutional accountability, athlete protection, and regulatory oversight. This article evaluates the bill’s potential effects on boxers, promoters, sanctioning organizations, and state athletic commissions while identifying legal and structural concerns involving state action, due process, federal authority, and enforcement.
